Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains/odors, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized tailored clothing, intimate apparel, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please email us or call us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Quality Control Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a strict quality inspection. If the item is found to be worn or damaged, the refund will be denied.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, please contact us to check stock availability. Exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
Physical Store Returns
Online orders may be returned in person at our location: Plot 8, Building 2 B, Barakhou. Please bring your order confirmation email.
